METHOD 1: Use combination file
DOWNLOAD:
- New Odin Support Android 8: Odin3-v3.13.1 (if you use odin version older it will be FAIL!!)
- Driver: Samsung Android USB Driver for Windows
- ADB Bypass FRP Tool
- Combination file:
- COMBINATION_FA71_N950FXXU5ARI1.rar binary 5
- Stock rom:
- SM-N950F_N950FXXS5CSA1_N950FOXM5CRHA_XXV.zip Binary 5 android 8
- SM-N950F_N950FXXU5DSB2_XXV.zip Binary 5 android 9
- (Other rom you can download on sammobile.com or use Samfirm tool)

METHOD 2: Downgrade android 9 to android 8
The latest version of this model is android 9 but it is built on binary 5. So you can downgrade to Android 8 version to bypass FRP using SMS push method.
Download firmware Galaxy Note 8 SM-N950F version android 8:
